tq suesz, haah best drive sendiri kalau ke sini.. journey kami dari chiang mai ke chiang rai mmg best... dan for sure ke pai pun sure sama. berangan nak gie mae salong aritu tp masa xcukup.

@nohas a'ha mesti best kan beroad trip. Cuma Pai part lekuk/curves tu.. agak bahaya juga. Aritu dorg tengah luaskan jalan.

adnil, kalau pergi 10 feb balik 13feb ok tak klau nk ke chiang rai n back to chiang mai drive macm your trip. We all rugi ingat thaipusam 10feb tpi 9feb dah rugi satu hari. You think too tight tak itinerary .Hotel boleh recommend tak yg walking distance to nite market .Chiang mai dah pergi 5 yrs ago so dh tak ingat town dia tpi dulu stayed mmg dekat dgn town and massage bwh pokok berderet n ada stage tengah tengah.

boleh kalau u xstay lama kat chiang mai and depending u nak gi mana ms kat chiang rai tu. flight you tiba awal ke? best if the first flight so ample time gak la sbb journey dgn berenti renti cam kami aritu makan masa seharian gak la dalam kereta. do arrange for the car rental guy to meet you up kat airport upon your arrival nanti.
nite market kat chiang rai ke? nite market situ kecik jer la bukan cam yg kat chiang mai tu. kalau yg kat chiang mai tu i prefer yg sunday nyer tu - barang dia lain sket dari yg daily night market nyer - ada yg mmg xterjumpa pun kat daily night market tepi thapae gate tu. ada a few hotels gak dkt night market tu tapi xsure your preference cam ne. yg kami stay tu agak jauh dari nite market - berpeluh gak la berjalan nak menyampai ke situ dgn gelapnya eheheh... tapi alhamdulillah selamat jer.. dan org-org nya friendly bila minta directions.

baru balik this week..hotel kami jauh dlm 15minit(pakej tiket n hotel airasiago)...3d2n..mmg terkejar nasib ada tour guide book siap dr sin..terbaik guide ni pakej skali makan halal..gi chiang rai..jauh gak 3 jam pegi - 3 jam blk sbb kami pi doi tung villa n maesai border..balik singgah sunday nite market yg besar tu sempat soping 1 1/2 jam je sbb tutup 11.30mlm n jalan tu buka balik keta leh masuk.
cite kami,... makan dalam nite market yg ada hari hari tu..kami kena x sedap langsung..membazir je baik jalan kaki sket ke muslim street..nite market daily ni x soping pun sbb tunggu sunday nite market.
overall trip kami..elephant camp..tiger kingdom..umbrella factory...Chiang Mai mmg best.. |

Adnil thanks for your prompt reply. YES , our flight from here 6.55am . Dah excited dah nk drive to chiang rai. Boleh bagi contact no for the rent car tu tak .Preference yg you rented hari tu so i can follow your itinerary .The rate tu mcmana .Our plan to stay one nite at chiang rai n back to chiang mai on 11feb stayed till 13 feb fly back to KL.

i guna north wheel rental - reliable and good vehicle - alhamdulillah
the rates yg kami dapat ari tu - vios 1.5l @ thb1300/day - sbb amik 3 hari dpt a bit discount (10%). Then ada deposit THB5000 - return kereta in good condition cam amik akan dibayar balik dan dan tu gak..
kami book through email jer - xperlu transfer deposit ke apa - cuma isi borang segala dan return by email. sampai kat airport their guy dah tunggu dgn placard. dia akan tunjukkan kereta - sama sama cek - segala calar atau tanda sila tunjuk kat dia dan ambil gambar (dia pun amik gambar sama gak) as proof. cek segala wiper tayar apa saja lah.. dah cek seme tu - dia akan keluarkan kontrak sewaan sign, cam kami pki credit card - dia siap bawak mesin zass tu, bayar deposit dan sewaan, janji kul brapa dan di mana nnt dia akan collect kereta tu balik (if after 7 pm - overtime will be charged) and off we went. mudah sangat.

tiger kingdom amik yg package jln jln je tgk rimau dlm kandang rega 250 bhat..kalau nak masuk kandang rimau pakej start dlm harga dlm 1000bhat..tiger yg small umur 4thn pun saiz besar...mat saleh je berebut duk dlm kandang rimau tu.

soalan : our first day itinerary -white temple /night market chiang rai
2nd day - Doi Tung Royal Villa..tgk map from our hotel to this place is about sejam lebih our planning terus balik chinag mai so we have to add another one hour ya to chinag mai .ok tak klau frm chiang mai we direct to doi tung royal villa on first day sempat tak nk visit tmpt tu.
Chiang mai - bhubing palace is 22.3km frm my hotel what is the best transport to go there. We all 5 orang ok tak after bhubing palace pergi Tiger Kingdom .

FYI, masa kami pergi dulu - kami cuma singgah kejap je di White Temple tu sebab arca arca dalam tu depict keadaan dalam neraka kunun nya and now ada entrance fee yang kami tidak begitu selesa nak contribute to enhance the temple. so we simply snapped a few pix around the area jer.
Ok first of all tempat nih sebenarnya ada 2 attractions - Doi Tung Villa - ni rumah Princess Mother duduk before she passed away. Mae Fah Luang adalah this big wonderful garden - garden tu best to go masa petang la. Ada combined tickets for these or you can opt for the garden only - macam kami yg tak cukup masa sebab tutup pukul 5 pm - kami sampai pun dah dkt jam 4 masa tu. Antu bunga ni cuma nak tgk bunga - royal villa tu kenalah di sacrifice dulu - next trip hopefully. But if you have time, please spend time for all...
For Chiang Mai pulak - we surrendered the car upon arrival at the hotel - so kat Chiang Mai we walked around jer mostly. For the day trip tu - kami amik pakej kat an agent - kami xpergi pun tiger kingdom tu - minah bunga nih heret anak laki to visit kalau boleh semua garden yg ada ahahha.... so for the day trip, bhuping palace sekali dgn doi suthep (very near to each other) and royal park raja pruek (a dissappointment sbb rupanya this will come alive and merry full of flowers pada masa exhibition saja - when we were there cuma ada sikit sikit je lah - replanting were in process). cumanya bila amik pakej gini - agent surely akan selitkan pegi ke segala government shops - but we enjoyed going to the silk factory and the jewellery stop - walaupun tak mampu tapi kagum la tgk kecantikan kat 2-2 tempat nih - ahh tempat jual honey pun bagus gak. yg xbest kedai jual sulaman dan barang kulit - berhabuk!
