Bahan-bahan ( dapat banyak,satu family leh makan,lebih sedekah jiran2. )
  • DOH PEDAS:
  • 1 Kg tepung gandum
  • 200 gm bawang merah*
  • 6 ulas bawang putih*
  • 1 ketul lengkuas muda(saiz kecil)*
  • 3 batang serai *
  • 3 sb udang kering (tumbuk jgn halus sgt)
  • 6 sudu besar cili kering kisar (nak pedas tambah lagi)
  • garam secukup rasa dan sape2 yg mkn pak aji boleh la letak skit..
  • 1 cawan air utk blend bahan yg bertanda*
  • DOH PUTIH:
  • 1 kilo tepung gandum
  • 3/4 cawan majerin
  • 1 sk garam
  • air

Cara-cara
  • DOH PEDAS: blend bahan2 yg bertanda* dgn 1 cawan air.
  • lepas blend tuang dlm penapis,air nya jgn dibuang.
  • masukkan tepung dlm bekas,kemudian masukkan bawang yg ditapis tadi,udang kering dan garam.
  • gaul semua sambil masukkan air dari bawang yg ditapissedikit2.uli hingga jadi doh.jika air bawang tadi x cukup,boleh gunaair biasa.
  • doh jgn terlalu lembut,agak2 keras sikit dari doh karipap
  • DOH PUTIH: gaul tepung dgn majerin dan garam
  • masukkan air dan gaul hingga jadi doh sperti doh pedas tadi.
  • bahagikan kedua2 doh kepada 10 bahagian.(10 ketul doh pedas & 10 ketul doh putih)
  • ambil 1 ketul doh putih dan canai hingga nipis .ketepikan

  • kemudian canai 1 ketul doh pedas hingga nipis juga. semasa mencanai boleh guna mesin @ alat mencanai.

  • letak doh putih yg telah dicanai tadi di bhgn bawah dan doh pedas di bhgn atas.gelekkan kedua2 doh supaya melekat.
  • selepas itu boleh digulung doh tadi dengan kemas.

  • buat proses menggulung ini hingga habis.menghasilkan 10 ketul.

  • ambil seketul yg dh digulung ,hiris nipis2 dgn pisau yg tajam.
  • Selepas itu bolehlah digoreng hingga kekuningan.SELAMAT MENCUBA...
