Hmm... maybe episod TV tu memang sengaja buat Keiichi kena sumpah jadik motor kapcai just utk tambah lawak jer, tambah lak kat manga dier memang ada race drag nyer tapi pakai motor Honda Cub laa... dan sekali lagi lawan race antara Auto Club dgn 4 Wheels Club...

Dalam manga dier tu ada banyak gak race, yang terakhir setakat nie ialah lumba penyapu terbang antara Belldandy dgn sekor setan betina bernama Hild [Hild tu la dier mak Urd]. Belldandy menang race tu.

aku rasa bukan creator asal jadik character designer anime ni, pasal kalau anime yg dilukis oleh Kosuke Fujishima sebelum ni berkualiti berbanding anime ni, banyak perbezaannya.. tak tau la kalau kerana nak jimatkan kos.. korang perasan ka?

Part yang paling ketara ialah part rambut tu... kalau ikutkan strok Kousuke Fujishima yang latest nyer, rambut dewi dier sumer kalau time menggerbang tu cantek nyer curve tapi kat dlm anime dier tak ketara pun curve dier...

Satu lagi yang ketara ialah Keiichi...

Kalau Belldandy, Skuld dgn Peorth tu bleh dikatakan hampir takder beza tapi kalau Urd nie memang ketara beza dier, psl Urd nie asalnyer rambut lurus, tapi bila dah lama sket rambut kerinting lak, dan bila dan lama sket rambut Urd ladik lurus balik sebagaimana sekarang nie.

Hihihi... biasa la tu... dulu time zaman OVA dier dulu setakat pakai grafik lukisan tangan jer, tapi siri TV dier sekarang nie banyak guna CGI, sebab tu laa siri TV Ah My Goddess dan gak sumer citer2 anime sekarang nampak cantik jer grafik dier.

OVERVIEW

Mara was the first demon to be introduced in the series. Tasked to be the Goddesses' chief antagonist, Mara is the omnipresent thorn on their side. Her favorite point of attack is the couple Belldandy and Keiichi, in the hopes that if they broke up, Belldandy would go back to Heaven. However being outnumbered 3 to 1, Mara dislikes going toe to toe with the Goddesses. Instead she uses various servants such as Senbei, the Ninja Masters, the Demon Boosters (later became Sudaru), and even humans such as Sayoko to carry out her plans.

Many chapters in the early part of the series were devoted to Mara's exploits. However she becomes noticeably less prominent as the series progresses, especially with the introduction of the new demons Welsper and Hild. With the latter's appearance, Mara resurfaces not as the main antagonist but as Hild's right hand man. The trend continues to the present with the Goddesses receiving much attention from the daimakaicho herself.

PERSONALITY

As mentioned earlier, Mara's main purpose in the series is to cause trouble for the Goddesses. While her schemes were important in laying the foundation for many early stories, this role as the obligatory antagonist has affected her portrayal as a character. Mara is remembered as  the  demon  who  causes trouble but
   
unfortunately little can be said outside of this context. Every time Mara is seen in the manga, either she is setting a new scheme in motion or otherwise preoccupied with the next plan to harrass the Goddesses. This is true even in the later chapters when she acts as Hild's right-hand man. Sadly up to the present time there is no true arc or storyline devoted to Mara. For example, it is known that Mara and the Goddesses were friends in their childhood, Urd (unsurprisingly) being the closest to her. However beyond this nothing is known of her past.

So what can be said of Mara? In fairness, we know that Mara greatest strength lies in her versatility. Mara range of powers is more extensive than any one of the Goddesses, especially with her ability to create creatures and use a variety of artifacts. She has an excellent mind, which coupled with her powers are the source of her unpredictable and nearly successful schemes. Maybe most importantly, it should be stressed that Mara is not evil in the classical sense. Her actions do not stem from an evil heart but rather from her sense of duty or obligation as a demon. While Mara has never said it outright, sometimes one gets the inkling that Mara's actions are tempered by the fact that she was once friends with the Goddesses.


Welsper



Classification:  Demon First Class

Weakness: Water

OVERVIEW

Welsper is currently the only male demon in the series. Like Mara, he is a demon First Class. He has the honor of being Belldandy's partner in the Doublet System - thus if one of them were to die, so would the other.

It was during the linking process that Welsper vowed never to forget Belldandy. He was able to do so by cursing himself, but at the price of being stuck in the form of a child. This was to have fatal consequences as his immature body could not handle his power as he grew up. As his death (and consequently, also Belldandy's) grew near, Welsper believed that he could not let the world live without Belldandy. Lacking the power to destroy it, he sought the nearest equivalent - freezing time - by hacking into Yggrasil's time control system. With time grinding to a halt, the only way to unlock the time system was for Belldandy to recall his name. This was actually a twofold solution as it would also unlock his childhood curse. Needless to say, Belldandy successfully recalled the name "Welsper." Bell's memories of the events were subsequently erased, which would probably for the best as the integrity of the Doublet System rests on secrecy of demon-god(ess) pairs.

Welsper first appeared in chapter 94 as the boy Takehiro but his true, adult form was glimpsed briefly in chapter 101 after his curse was undone. This did not last as Welsper's act of hacking into Yggdrasil (forbidden by Demon law) earned him the punishment of reincarnation into a cat (which eventually came to live in the temple). In such a form, Welsper consciousness should have been sleeping but he managed to circumvent this by cursing himself for a second time. The true nature of Welsper the cat is a closely guarded secret held by Urd, Skuld, Peorth and Keiichi. Events in the recent Tsukai arc (vol26 ch167 to vol27 ch171) have forced them to reveal that Welsper is a demon but the fact that Welsper is Belldandy's Doublet System pair will probably never be revealed to her.

PERSONALITY

It will probably come to mind that Welsper was incredibly selfish (if not a little deranged) when he decided to involve the entire world in a matter purely between him and Belldandy. However, it should be understood that Welsper was perfectly sincere when he said that he could not let a world without Belldandy to continue. Welsper's admiration for Belldandy is on such as level that he was decided a world without Belldandy was one not worth living in. This points to a second aspect in his personality, that is, his decisiveness or purposefulness. Looking at it in another way, Welsper is not the kind person that hesitates but instead commits to his decisions. Welsper's willingness to curse himself twice is one example, another is his determination to follow his plan through. In another incident in which Urd, Skuld and Peorth couldn't destroy a demonic artifact because it appeared as something they loved, Welsper promptly destroyed it with his cat laser. This lack of hesitation coupled with his strength makes Welsper overtly dangerous as a demon (in contrast to Hild). Peorth was nearly killed by Welsper when he was being pursued. Twice, Welsper decided to kill Keiichi and the only thing literally standing between him and death were Peorth and Belldandy. Fortunately, Welsper's reincarnation as a cat has severely restricted his powers though he still possess a few like the cat laser.


Hild



Classification: Leader of Hell
Debut: Chapter 135
Weakness: Unknown

ORIGIN IN NORSE MYTHOLOGY

Hild is a Valkyrie in Norse mythology. Aside from this fact, little is mentioned about her. In the Norse language, "Hild" means "battle."

OVERVIEW

Hild is the most powerful demon in the series, being the counterpart of the Almighty. The various ornaments on her hair, arms and legs serve to hold back her power, analogous to Belldandy's seal earring. She first appears in Chapter 135. Urd is Hild's daughter by the same father as Belldandy and Skuld.

PERSONALITY

Despite being the top demon in Hell, Hild was presented as a surprisingly cheerful person when she was first introduced, hugging Urd Keiichi, and Skuld like old acquaintances. Her true personality unfolded quickly though in the negotiations for removing Peorth's curse and in subsequent chapters. Underneath Hild's omnipresent small, secretive smile is a sharp, calculating, and exceedingly devious mind. The last is an important point  in  understanding Hild - she  is never overtly evil but her schemes makes that of Mara distinctly second-rate. Hild's scheme to implant demon angels in the Goddesses is a good example, coloring the Rind arc with a darkness not typical of AMG storylines. Hild never displays much emotion apart from that ever-present small smile, but this should only make one more cautious as this tends to hide her dangerous side. Peorth and Keiichi both underestimated Hild; Peorth was lucky to only get a menacing glare that froze her body in fright. Keiichi on the other hand was on the receiving end of a projectile shot without any warning, after Hild took offense on his comments.

It should be noted that despite her strength, Hild practically never uses any attack spells (and when she does, only in mild forms). One good reason for this, as she explained to Rind, is the Doublet System. Instead, Hild uses cunning, well-planned schemes with Mara as her right-hand man. Finally, beyond being a demon, Hild is still a mother and it is evident that she still cares for Urd despite her daughter choosing the side of the Gods.
