EPISODE 1 - SPOILERS ALERT
In the beginning of this episode, we see Shin Dong Wook in jail.
On the day of his release from jail, there's a little boy then HJH is seen stepping out from her car. The two smiled at each other.
SDW seemed puzzled and later both teary-eyed. ( I think the little boy is their child)
Flashback .... year 1999. SDW is seen riding a bicycle delivering newspapers at dawn.
SDW had a crush on HJH back in high school days.
At that time she was close to the other rich guy played by Kim Jung Hyun.Somehow, SDW always watches them from afar.
HJH is from a rich family background but is not happy because her parents fight most of the time.
A few years later ~
A scene when HJH goes to an island to make a delivery on some medical supplies.
HJH saw SDW helping a guy with a broken leg. HJH took out her camera and started to record the incident.
He yelled at her to stop & grabbed her camera. He stopped & realized it was HJH. She went to look for him and he got mad at her.
As he was leaving, he saw that she was holding her stomach in pain.
HJH collapsed on her way back to the boat. Her two assistants hurried her to the local hospital and SDW was there.
Kim Jung Hyun (now a Doctor) ...is seen rushing to the scene but is unable to take the boat over the island because of the heavy rain.
SDW & both HJH's assistants waited. One of her assistants got pretty mad since SDW is not able to perform a surgery on her.
HJH's condition became worst & the only way to save her is to perform a surgery.
