4minute who has been busy with their album release and comeback performances on the music shows recently did a photo shoot for Streetfoot Magazine rocking some Shoemarkers.
4minute had been chosen to be the endorsers of Shoemarker at the end ofJuly. The representatives at Shoemarker had said that it took them awhile to find someone to give off a trendy feel to their brand, but4minute came up and seemed to match their needs. 4minute, overflowing with sexiness from their heads to their toes
Girl group 4minute's style has been upgraded.
Withthe release of their recent mini album <For Muzik>, they havetransformed from young girls to ladies with their plentiful charms.Their colorful "candy funky" concept from <Hot Issue> can nolonger be found. They have been polished with the color black and theyare now giving off a mature feeling. Their foundation is the"one-color" concept they now have-- the one in which the members'individual items are unified.
Their stage associates the "discotech"of 1980 in a perfect fashion. Their music video for <Muzik> amplydisplays their style as well.
#1 Model poses
Jiyoon, Gayoon, Hyunah, Sohyun, and Jihyun (from the left) are walking forward during their music video recording.
Whenthe members who have become much more mature stand in front of thecamera, the picture is so tense that it feels like it's going toexplode. Because they are practicing walking like models, the members'expressions are serious.
#2 "Fashion Leader" Hyunah
Hyunahis showing her individual choreography with her hair firmly tied. Theelastic leggings and fluorescent shoes are eye-catching. Hyunah is theteam's rapper and she attracts the most attention.
In this music video, she copied a hairstyle like that of the character Matilda in the movie <Leon>.
#3 Took off her sunglasses
During<Hot Issue> promotions, Jiyoon always wore sunglasses to coverher face. During the performance of <Muzik>, she took off hersunglasses and revealed her face which attracted a lot of attention.Her oval face and vivid expression in her eyes make her look even morecharming. In this music video, Jiyoon is the member with the most linesand the revelation of her face is bringing many results.
#4 They display their "trademark" on stage
Gayoonand Jiyoon of 4minute show their trademark hand movement with theirmouths wide open as if they are yelling. It's like they're yelling"from my head to my toes, I'm a hot issue."
#5 Mature and womanly softness
Theteam's leader and also the most womanly member, Jihyun, is inspectingthe recording area. Her long, bouncing hair and her casual leatherjacket give off a mature feeling. There are lingering rumors that shetook care of the other members' health in a very leader-like way on theset of the music video recording.
On September 9th, according to Korean media, 4Minute's first mini album"For Muzik" received positive comments from fans and music lovers alikeon the 31st of August upon it's release. While shooting for the jacketphotos of the mini album, in order to complete the task in perfection,4Minute member Jeon Ji Yoon was positioned right beside the lightingsystem, and thus had her arm burnt due to its extreme heat from hoursof operation. Even so, she was unaware of it. The first one to noticeher injury was 4Minute's stylist, and immediately, Ji Yoon was sent tothe hopsital for treatment. After the whole procedure ended, Ji Yoonreturned once again to the scene for shooting.
Even though Ji Yoon received treatment for her burnt arm, a scar was left.

Group 4Minute sets a new dance trend with their DJ dance.
4Minute said in their interview recently,“Our performance this time, the point is the DJ dance. It is a posewhere you are like a DJ and you spin the LP listening to the music.”
The dance step is shown in the girls’ comeback song ‘Muzik’. And it features the girls hold one hand to the ears, and using the other hand to do the action of spinning the LP.
Becausethe dance step is easy to follow, it has also become a ‘daebak’ (bighit) dance where everyone can acknowledge to. And videos of the girlsdoing the DJ dance has received over tens of thousands of views onYoutube.
Besides this, there is also another dance receiving much interests from music fans.The ‘hold my hand’ dance which shows the girls spreading their arms andsignaling the opposite party to hold the hand is another highlightdance to the song together with the DJ dance.
4Minute said,“This is the name we came up as a joke amongst members. Even though thetitle to the dance is long, there is no one word to explain the dance.It is fun and easy to remember.”
Meanwhile, 4Minute released their 1st minialbum For Muzik on 28th August, and the song ‘Muzik’off the album is going very well up music charts together with otherhits like GDragon’s ‘Heartbreaker’ at #1 and #2 positions.
