Oooo okay. The term "proceeds" tu yg mengkonfiuskan. Proceeds maksudnya perolehan fm bisnes and such. Bank loan is a liability, should just term it as Term Loan or Bank loan. |

jgn senang2 bagi org guna nama kita, sedangkan jadi guarantor pun meols tak berani apatah lagi guna nama utk berbisnis
shareholder tu nothing much sis.. unless u duk dlm BOD, boleh draw emolument apa smua, and running the ofc so u know what is happening semua
shareholder pun mada ada gaji, hanya mengharap dividend payout saje.. kalu depa dah tarah dekat dir emolument, lepas tolak co expenses, tinggai profit cukup2 makan, takde nye depa nak declare dividend dah , so chuols hanya dapat shares ataih kertas saje, mula2 mmg la janji bulan bintang,lepas tu bermula la cerita duka lara.. tarak huntong manjang
shareholder tak rasa kena perambat sbb salu org cari BOD dulu, tp shareholders selaku owner can do alot of things la like appoint new BOD if tak happy with the current BOD given that you are the majority shareholder la sbb BOD is answerable to shareholders selaku the owner of the company, but in your case since depa pun part of the shareholders cum BOD payah cikit la, sbb technically depa have full control of the company
unless la depa nak pi IPO listing.. tu lain la.. lain game dah

yaa haku mula2 pun tak perasan chuols refer mana sbb banyak bebeno haku temfek and oleh sebab mana nak reply acik2 por meols pun main temfekkk je segala

Betul. Jgn sesekali bg nama. Semua masalah hempuk atas nama director. kdg kita bkn tahu drg amek pekerja illegal dlm tu. Tb2 terkena rush imigresen nama director yg sangkut. Time tu org lain cuci tgn sbb nama xde dlm ssm.. |

hmm mcm tu lah tp takde breakdown hutang supplier berapa termasuk other current liabiities, utk support statement ni.. sbb kalau invoice obor tu atas nama pink fate sepatutnya tak boleh letak under fazfit, auditor mesti tak bagi sebab separate entity
berbalik cerita asal obor sue pink fate sdn bhd bukan fazfit sdn bhd
itu la rumusan ringkas dr meols
