Lee Dong Gun: Leaving to Mend His Broken Heart?
Jan 25, 2008 - 12:13 AM
Actor Lee Dong Gun has announced that he is going to be leaving for Japan, and debut as a singer. Perhaps he's leaving after his break-up with actress Han Ji Hye?
Lee Dong Gun recently signed a contract with Sony and is planning on releasing his first album soon. Lee has been in Japan for about 10 days since the 23rd, and has been recording his album. His representatives stated, "Lee has signed his contract and is going to be in Japan for a while in order to prepare for his official debut in Japan. Lee Dong Gun had a decent reputation as a singer in the past, so we don't think he'll have a hard time getting that same amount of attention, if not more, in a foreign country." Lee is taking the stage as a singer for the first time in 8 years.
Looks like Lee Dong Gun is taking this as an opportunity to either get some extra dough, or lose some. Or maybe he's taking this as a way of getting over his breakup? He probably could get over the breakup real quickly (or should I say all night long) with the pretty girls of Tokyo.
