Sometimes i malas nak tukar pakai leggings utk workout and setakat dancing je kat gym.. i would just put on this jeggings uniqlo and pakai tshirt long sleeve to dance.. senang meh... lepas gym tak mandi, terus je ke parking level and drive balik rumah... sbb dancing biasa takde laa peluh merecik merata and jeans ni flexible enough utk dancing and stretching...
Kalo legging workout uniqlo pun i love2 sbb pinggang dia tebal and selesa... legging underarmour brooks i rasa sesuai utk running 10 km onwards camtu sbb dia lebih hugging.. material uniqlo ni lebih stretchy and selesa utk yoga etc pakai dalam air conditioned gym |

Panties tu pakai yang version invisible pantyline type tu.. selamat sis.... dulu i workout pakai gstring kat dalam and luar legging but then it attracts some curious boys at the gym pulak.. siap tanya i go commando keee.. what the hell, so yes, we need a little bit of pantyline sign but not too obvious... kat marks spencer byk jual panties invisible pantyline ni..
And lagi satu lulu lemon leggings paling best lah.... kawan2 i pakai... cuma i malas nak gi beli sbb my workout pants masih elok... 2 uniqlo, 2 brooks and 2 adidas... |

Akk kalo workout pkai normal bra akk pkai 2 pieces utk support baru selesa buat cardio atau high impact exrcise |

Baru jumpa thread ni..tngh survy2 pant n tudung utk sport..jumpa brand calawo kat ig..ada yg dah beli..bgi review ok tak? Akk mostly invest tang kasut je..bju pant shirt cari kain jersey murah2 or legging below 50..dah berumur ni nk motivate diri nk maintain exercise..so nk invest sikit ecercise attire ni |

Dah ada 2 baju sukan calawo dan 2 tudung sukan calawo, for me ok larr.. suka tudung dia, pernah ada yg nike punya tapi takpakai sbb mcm melekap, yg calawo ni ok, ringan jer dan utk swimming pun pki tuding calawo ni |
