Adakah anda takut jadi begini?..kalau takut..apa langkah yg anda semua lakukan?...dan apa makanan yg anda cuba hindari?.

saya dulu gemuk gak, tp tk smpai gendut la..


then, i had an accident..
my leg was fracture, then the doctor said, slh satu punca kaki sy patah sbb sy gemuk..(hati sedih gila).

then sy nekad la, utk diet..
ihihi!..
pelan2 la kan.. amik roti and susu.. minyak,lemak,gula skip.
gantikan dgn buah, sayur.. ikan bakar.

then exercise..
insyaAllah..

Jangan gunakan terlalu banyak garam atau sodium dalam makanan. Garam yang berlebihan ditambah pua dengan lemak menyebabkan badan korang menyimpan air menyebabkan pertambahan berat dan lemak dalam badan. Ini termasuk gak ajinomoto.

Jangan makan dalam masa dua jam sebelum tido sebab makanan akan disimpan sebagai lemak masa korang tido.

Makan putih telur banyak2 boleh membantu bakar lemak.

Pastu macam biasalah. Reduce pengambilan kalori--jangan ambil makanan berkanji tinggi macam nasik terlalu banyak.

Pastu senaman kardiovaskular + strength straining secara konsisten. Insya-Allah.

AN dulu masa muda2..cekeding je..kurus dan maintance..seluar pun size 26 atau 27....sebab kuat merokok dan kuat bersenam.

Sekarang dah berhenti merokok..dari cekeding badan dah naik..makan pun dah berselera..bersenam plak dah kurang..tu risau gak tu..sebab bila badan dah macam tu penyakit senang nak serang kita.

p/s:- AN cuba elakkan makan kek...seboleh2nya lah..

mainten gitu loso..26 -27..susah tul nak cari seluar size tu..kena gi tempah..hehheh.

Cekeding, kerempeng....sama la tu..tiam tu...sakit jarang, demam pun jarang...

Ni dah tua2 ni..nak kena jaga la sikit..kang boroi susah lak...

aku tgk org gemuk boroi ni....nampak mcm malas jekkkk......luaran tuh kan penting....kalu dlm interbiu org tgk fizikal korang duluk & dlm mind aku, kalu gemuk, boroi, selekeh ni cam org malas jekkk......mmg biasa aku reject x amik jdk asst aku.......dorang ni mesti malas nak exercise, beraktif sukan sumer.......pi ler buat outdoor activities, pi gym, swimming, jogging ka......

Tang garam ni yg AN lemah ni...AN garam mesti terasa..tak berapa rasa..kurang sikit nak makan.

tang amik nasik terlalu banyak tu..ok boleh dibuat...banyakkan sayur je.
