Biasanya majikan samada dari sektor swasta mahupun kerajaan akan menggunakan waktu2 less economic activities seperti sekarang ini untuk melatih semula(retraining and upgrading skills) pekerja2 yang mana mereka rasakan tak perlu diberhentikan pekerjaan mereka.

Pemberhentian pekerjaan memang tidak dapat dielakkan dalam waktu recession...itu adalah hakikat yang tidak boleh kita elakkan...Tapi apa yang mustahak, kita sebagai rakyat...haruslah sedar bahawa dalam dunia yang serba pesat serta berdaya saing kini...hanya mereka yang equipped with multi skills serta bersedia untuk dilatih akan terus mendapat tempat dimata majikan....dan considerations yang seperti ini jugalah yang akan jadi basis kelompok manakah yang majikan hendak berhentikan........dalam laying off exercise mereka dalam waktu recession......

As it is now, kerajaan sudah pun peruntukkan sejumlah 154 billion just to cushion off the impact of this recession to ensure pekerja kontract dalam kerajaan tak diberhentikan....and kita kata kita tak terkesan dari keadaan sekarang??????

And to think that the recession this time round would be much longer...do you think that the government can susutain this contract workers?????? It is just a matter of time before these people too are to be retrench...don't you think so??????

Lots of people will be  doing the magic of finance and refinance during this period( on their properties that is)...to be able to cope with the increase in interest rates(among other things)........as long as they can extend their loan period(and probably with impetus of getting some cash doing this refinancing)...so as to be able to ride through this difficult time.......

A total of 40 of my staffs  have been told that they would be retrench this time around(and the sad thing is Manak sendiri had to be the one to inform them)  They would be given the normal basic retrench package ...that is.... one month in lieu of every number of working years that they have been with our company.....and additional tokens if Manak may say of RM 1K to every single one of those 40.

This business decision to lay off the workers is important to ensure the sustainability of the company(and Manak had been entrusted to decide on this numbers)...even though........dari raup wajah mereka2 ini Manak dapat gambarkan...bagaimana mereka begitu sedih....seolah olah bila perkara ini diumumkan pada mereka....setiap wajah anak2 mreka terpancar dimata mereka....and I think it is fair for them to be worried for their future after their lay offf.......

I said it'll hit us next as we may not be detached to this, that's the reality...

We are merely cushioning the impact right now....kerana sebenarnya kemelesetan sudah pun melanda negara kita ini walaupun mungkin baru dari sudut technical structuringnya saja.

And if you talk about next year...we are actually just about less than 50 days away from welcoming the new year.....

Rakyat sangat2 mengharapkan kerajaan dapat membantu mereka to see through the recession this time round.......

if i am not mistaken i read here, tt investing in gold is rather good at this moment.  guess what????  i bought 20 gram 24K 999.9 PAMP Fortuna Suisse Gold Bullion Bar for $660.00 USD yesterday. ok tak rega nie?  well i thought rather then spending money buying benda tak berfaedah might as well start buying gold bullion nie sikit2 dulu.  thank you to those who posted abt investing in gold bullion nie.
