200gm fettucine
6 keping, kepingan ayam (yg mkn dgn roti tu) hiris nipis2
2 genggam udang
5 batang crab stick
Sedikit Lada Sulah/Lada Hitam n garam n perasa
Sedikit minyak zaitun n daun parsley
Bahan kuah
Setengah tin susu cair
2 biji telur (amik putih je)
2 tiub cheese spread (yg makan dgn roti tu) nak jimat, cheese lain mahal la.. he he, pukul skit ketiga-tiga bahan ni.
Cara-cara
Rebuskan fettucine (mcm rebus spagetthi) masukkan skit minyak zaitun. Tos, ketepikan.
Masukkan skit minyak zaitun, goreng hirisan ayam, udang n crab stick sampai masak.
Dah masak, masukkan fettucine tadi, kacau skit.
Masukkan bahan kuah yang dipukul tadi, sampai pekat dan melekat dkt fettucine tu.
Masukkan lada sulah/lada hitam, garam n perasa. (agak2). Kacau lagi.
Taburkan parsley n sedia untuk di makan. Kalau nak pedas, potong cili api. Sedap owh.. lemak2 pedas.. |

c. Alfredo Seafood Fettuccine Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
1 envelope Alfredo sauce mix
1 package (8 ounce size) imitation crabmeat
6 ounces bay scallops
6 ounces uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon butter PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 1/2 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
Meanwhile, prepare Alfredo sauce according to package directions.
In a large skillet, saute the crab, scallops and shrimp in butter for 2-3 minutes or until scallops are opaque and shrimp turn pink. Stir into Alfredo sauce. Season with garlic powder. Cook and stir for 5-6 minutes or until thickened. Drain fettuccine; top with seafood mixture. |

c. Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound dried fettucine
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 shallot, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Fresh parsley, for garnish, optional
Directions
Cook the fettucine in a pot of rapidly boiling salted water until al dente. Drain in a colander, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking liquid.
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add shallots and saute until tender. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Cook until sauce has reduced slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Return the pasta to the pot it was cooked in, set over medium-high heat along with the reserved cooking liquid. Add the butter-cream mixture and half of the Parmesan and toss to combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately
