Right after she was born, a photo shoot was offered to Wire Image. After that an auction between the top celebrity magazines took place. The price was not right for Tom. The top price was said to be $3 Million. Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt fetched a whopping $4 Million.

Tom turned down the offer and now the pics may never be see. Suri is already 3-months old and her price might have gone down."

Suri Cruise had a Scientology-inspired silent birth; now some are wondering if her mysterious absence might be part of a Scientology-inspired quiet life.

Speculation has been rampant about why the public, and even some of Cruise? close friends, reportedly haven? seen the action star? offspring. Rick Ross of Cultnews.com tells The Scoop that devout Scientologist Cruise and his convert sweetie Katie Holmes may be following the teachings of L. Ron Hubbard ? who advised against exposing young children to noise.

? negative experience coupled with noise can create what Scientologists call an engram ? which leads to recurring negative reactions,? Ross explains. ?hat might include paparazzi, newspeople, or a clamorous crowd. The only way to remove engrams, Scientologists believe, is through the process they call auditing. When a Scientologist talks about ?eaching clear? ? they?e talking about clearing engrams from your mind. Tom Cruise? efforts to create a quiet cocoon around his daughter might be a precaution against engrams.?

Cruise, says Ross, seems increasingly influenced by the Scientology view of the universe.

?hile on his worldwide promotion of ?ission Impossible III,? I am told, his behavior was, in a word, paranoid,? says Ross. ?e was obsessed about the purity of the air and at one point, he was convinced he was being followed and insisted on taking longer routes to places. He was also quite concerned about whether locks worked and had them checked. Scientologists are not only afraid of creating engrams, they?e also afraid of the effects of those around them who they call Suppressive Persons or SPs. It? possible that Tom Cruise is being overcome by his Scientology training and that? leading to a paranoid world view that is being reflected in his behavior with baby Suri.

EXCLUSIVE: Suri Cruise Birth Certificate

TMZ has obtained a copy of the official birth certificate of the elusive Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

The document, filed with the Los Angeles County Register-Recorder/County Clerk, was filed May 8, 2006.  (Click on document to download) There are several interesting items of note:

First, St. John's Hospital has a policy of filing birth certificates within 10 days of birth.  In this case, Suri was born on April 18 but the certificate was not filed until May 8, 20 days later.  An official from the hospital told TMZ that the delay occurred because they needed a signature from the parents or a representative of the parents certifying birth, and that person did not come in until May 4.  The person who signed is labeled "friend."  The signature is not legible.

Also, the "Attendant or Certifier" who signed the certificate -- Anne Heffernan, RNC -- was not in the delivery room and did not see the baby.  But a hospital rep tells TMZ that Heffernan is authorized to sign when the doctor is not available.  A hospital rep said "normally the doctor signs" but it isn't a requirement.

Finally, the hospital rep said that the circumstances that triggered the eventual signing of the birth certificate were that Suri needed a passport and a birth certificate is a prerequisite to obtaining one.

Katie Holmes sought to quell the controversy surrounding her invisible baby, telling Us Weekly, "Suri's doing great!"



Katie was snapped by the weekly during a vacation in Telluride, Colo., strolling down the street with a friend and a cappuccino. Neither fianc? Tom Cruise -- nor, significantly, baby Suri -- were anywhere to be found.



Us, in a three-page spread, says a couple of Telluride locals have reported Suri spottings, including a clerk at a natural-goods store, who said Suri is "funny looking."



With Suri question marks far from resolved -- even her birth certificate is a mystery -- brace yourself for a new TomKat obsession: Us now speculates that the 27-year-old Katie could be pregnant again. The issue is on newsstands this week.

It's been 86 days since the birth of Suri Cruise -- and about a split-second since the latest conspiracy theory about Hollywood's most elusive baby.



New rumors surface by the hour -- that Tom and Katie are holding out for a better magazine photo deal, that Scientology is involved in the mystery, that Suri doesn't even exist!

So what has fueled the rumors? TMZ has created a timeline that may explain why Suri is becoming a national obsession.



Take a look at these pictures. On March 25, Katie, who was eight months pregnant at the time, looked ginormous. But then, on April 5, 13 days before she gave birth, Katie seemed to shrink.

And there's more.



We have video of Katie shopping at Barney's in Beverly Hills just days before her delivery. Katie spent hours inside on a wild shopping spree, and there's buzz that one of the items she purchased was a pair of size 26 Chip and Pepper jeans (which translate to a size 2) -- a bit odd for someone who had a long way to go to regain her figure.



And, of course, there was the never-ending public appearances by TomKat. The paparazzi followed them continent by continent, as the couple was bursting with joy over their impending arrival. But everything changed on April 18, with the birth of Suri.



These are the only images we could find of Katie post-pregnancy. And, of course, zilch on Suri.

And, as TMZ first reported, there are items of curiosity on Suri's birth certificate.

So you ask, why the conspiracy theories? As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
